Brand Mission
To take the stress away from seeking tenants and maintaining property standards. Henry’s Housing provides guaranteed rent to landlords while providing an efficient and smooth service for tenants. The company is rooted in family values and ensures partners are ethical in their processes and prices.
Processes and rationale
Built on family values, the combination of the 'H' letters symbolizes the unity of a family-rooted property management business. Using the pen tool, the rooftop and windows were designed on separate layers before being merged into a single vector shape.
To position the company as a reliable property management firm, I opted for primary colors: Blue, which is commonly linked with knowledge, authority, and trustworthiness; Orange, known for its associations with reliability and enthusiasm; and White, not only to make the logo stand out, but also because of its simplicity, organization, and efficiency.
